All products are shipped within 30 days from date of order unless otherwise specified at the
time of order. If this is not possible due to conditions beyond our control, you will be informed
and given the option of canceling your order and receiving a full refund or extending the period.
Products may be delivered in separate shipments if an item is back ordered. You can check the
status of an order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. All packages of
$100 or more are insured so most packages require a signature at the time of delivery. Our
